- $5.00 per night each additional person
- No additional charge for children under six (6) years of age
- Tent sites maximum stay 14 days per year in tent sites only
- $10.00 per day for each additional vehicle
- $3.00 per pet per night for quiet, well-behaved pets (except below noted breeds) in RV sites only - maximum of 2 pets - pets must be on a leash at all times
- NO Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinscher, Akitas, Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier (AKA Pit Bull),
or any other breed, whether mixed or purebred, resembling the previously noted breeds will be allowed in the park.
- All pets must use the designated pet area
- No pets of any kind in the tent sites or tent area
- NO wood fires allowed in the City of Malibu and no fireworks
- NO scooters, golf carts, skateboards
- Everything you bring must fit on your site, we have no extra parking
- Holiday* surcharge $40.00 per night for RV sites, $20.00 per night for tent sites, 4th of July weekend is $75.00 per night for RV sites and $25.00 per night for tent sites; with a three (3) night minimum stay for all holidays.
- We allow customers to book only 1 site. Group reservations are reserved solely for groups of 10 or more.
- A $20.00 cancellation fee is applicable to all reservations.
- City of Malibu Occupancy Tax is 12% (not included)
- Vans are not allowed, only Conversion Vans which have Electric and Water Capabilities (Such as a VW Westfalia)
- Group reservations are for 10 rigs or more and require special arrangements, possible by phone only.
- Please, only one reservation request per guest. The name on the reservation must match the credit card information provided and the guest's ID at check-in. We do check ID upon arrival.
- We do not guarantee Sites. You are welcome to make a request, but due to maintenance and other Extenuating circumstances we cannot guarantee you will receive your requested site. We Will not refund your deposit if you do not receive the site you requested. You must cancel or modify 3 days prior to arrival or you will forfeit your deposit. A $20.00 cancellation fee is applicable to all reservations.
