Restricted Vans

These vehicles above are known as a Passenger & Cargo vans. Therefore, these are examples that are not D.O.T. approved as Recreational Vehicles & are not allowed in Malibu Beach RV Park.

Cab Over

Cab over campers that are allowed at this establishment are D.O.T. approved & were originally manufactured by the Manufacturer. Anything altered or created from scratch by the owner are not allowed at Malibu Beach RV Park.

Tiny House

Tiny house hauls are not recognized as Recreational Vehicles nor Travel trailers. Therefore, they are not permitted in Malibu Beach RV Park.

Schoolies

Schoolies like these are clear examples of non-approved Recreational Vehicles. Additionally, they’re well known as Converted buses which are also not D.O.T approved & will not be accepted into Malibu Beach RV Park.
